Hi, I’m Amberlynn, sole proprietor of Oh Black Betty Agency.
Oh Black Betty started when a friend and I traveled to a local art fair for her birthday. There were tons of brilliant artists showing off their prints, merch, and more. I have always been a little bit of a doodler myself, so it was amazing to see all the different styles and wares. That’s when my friend said, “Y’know… you’re good enough to do this too.”
That same friend got me into yoga as a workout. After struggling with my health, I found that yoga was a fantastic way to control my weight, center myself, and focus my energies. I practice DDPY yoga as well as Aerial Yoga and restorative from my local studio, Sunshine Yoga Shack.
One thing I realized was that, while I love my yoga clothes, they didn’t really show my personality. Hence, Oh Black Betty was born! I wanted to create fun designs for all yogis and athletes to enjoy.

All art seen on the website and products is made by me! Shocker, I know. However, my process is to create fun, spooky, and interesting art that connects with people. Your clothing and decor should compliment your personality and interests, which is why I strive to create art that will do so.
